Due to its historical designation, we have preserved the original exterior appearance in compliance with city regulations. While the outside reflects its vintage charm, the interior of each unit has been thoughtfully updated and furnished to provide modern comfort and convenience. Please note that this is a multi-unit property with several apartments listed separately. There is a laundromat located on the right side of the main entrance in a separate smaller building and the dumpster is located at the back of the complex behind the roundabout.
