We're excited to have you stay with us. We wanted to inform you that due to the warm and rural environment in our area, you might encounter some bugs during your stay. Please be assured that we take pest control very seriously and have our property sprayed every month to minimize this issue. However, despite our best efforts, the presence of bugs can still occur due to the natural surroundings and climate. This building was constructed in 1965 and is recognized as a historic structure by the city. Due to its historical designation, we have preserved the original exterior appearance in compliance with city regulations. While the outside reflects its vintage charm, the interior of each unit has been thoughtfully updated and furnished to provide modern comfort and convenience. Please note that this is a multi-unit property with several apartments listed separately. There is a laundromat located on the right side of the main entrance in a separate smaller building and the dumpster is located at the back of the complex behind the roundabout.
